Pistons, rings & bearings
Pistons, piston ring sets, main bearings, connecting rod bearings and thrust components are central to an engine rebuild. Send Kens Engine Parts your engine details and the sizes specified by your repairer, whether the enquiry is for an individual component or a set.
Enquire about these partsIllustrative components, not a specific product or kit.
What are you working on?
Choose an item to add it to your enquiry, or describe the job in your own words.
Start with the measured specification
A vehicle registration or engine code alone does not confirm the size needed after previous wear or machining. Ask your engine specialist to specify the piston or ring size and the bearing size required for the job. Include the measurements and existing markings they provide; do not choose standard or repair sizes on appearance alone.
For bearing enquiries, state whether you need main bearings, connecting rod bearings (often called big-end bearings), or thrust components. An existing manufacturer's reference is helpful, but the repairer's confirmed specification remains important.
Know what the set supplies
Please tell us how many cylinders or bearing positions the request covers. A listed set or selling unit must be checked against the particular product; it should not automatically be treated as everything needed for the whole engine.
For the wider rebuild, explore gasket sets and engine seals and oil pumps and lubrication components. We can check the proposed parts and availability with you before ordering, while your engine specialist confirms machining, clearances and fitting requirements.
